My dd had her varicella and mmr vaccine on friday 4:15 got fever around 3am sunday is this related or new illness?

Vaccine fever?: the NMR and var vaccines are not associated with fever until 5 to 10 days after vaccination. So most likely a new illness. If your child is fussy, lethargic or other associated symptom have her rechecked at your doc.

Vaccine may be cause: It is possible that your daughter has vaccination reaction if so the fever may go away in a day or so .If fever persist and other symptom appear then consult your health care provider to rule out any other cause
