Usually no reactions: Chickenpox vaccine usually has no reaction. Mmr has no reaction in 9 of 10. The remaining 1 of 10 can have fever, measles rash, runny nose, red eyes and cough, 7to 10 days after the shot. If it happens, it lasts 5 days and resolves on its own.
