More info: Louse is the singular for lice. Does your daughter have lice? I can't imagine anyone calling your daughter a louse. If you misheard then perhaps speaking to the doc again would really help.

Louse: Not sure. A louse is a one lice. Lice are bugs you can get on any area with hair.
