Watchful wait: Unfortunately this can be a common side effect of these types of medications, or just a side effect of having the actual lice infestation and inflammation that goes along with it. Most of the time we just watch and wait to see if new hair growth will occur (which is usually the case). Over the next several weeks you should see some fresh new growth.
