Use a rinse: Many find that a stout vinegar used as a wash/rinse will loosen the egg casings and allow them to separate from the hair easier. You can use apple cider vinegar or pickling vinegar for this effort.Several application may be needed.A fine toothed nit comb sold with the treatment kits is needed for best results.
