Numb & Twitches: A CT scan is but one way of diagnosing things based on signs and symptoms. It is not a treatment. Please see your doctor who can examine you, take a history, and then prescribe the most helpful diagnostic tools needed. Peace and good health.

Neurologist: You need to consult a neurologist. CT may not be the best imaging option for your condition however.
