Yes: The generics are as bioavailable as the brand names, in fact, sometimes same pharmaceutical company may manufacture them. The generics are fine. An example is Motrin is brand name Ibuprofen, but the store brand Ibuprofen is just the same and often costs less. Best wishes.

Bioequivalent: Different versions of drugs also often differ in size, shape, color and the writing on them, but they work very similar in most cases. You can talk to your prescribing physician if you are concerned about switching between different versions of a drugs. Good luck.
