Seizures & ADD: Yes, once can be on medications at the same time for treatment of add and seizures. Every situation can be unique and discussing this concern further with the prescribing physician is advised.

"Carefully": Most add/adhd meds can lower seizure threshold, but not all, so need to be sure your dr / neurologist takes into consideration when prescribing. Some seizure meds have a "slowing" effect, which can help some w/adhd, so might find "ideal" med with impact on both conditions.
