Lose weight: That depends on your height. If you are 4'11" then yes you are overweight. If you are 5'5" you do not need to lose weight. Just calculate your bmi (body mass index) using google. If your bmi is under 25 then you are not overweight. If you are overweight, just eat healthier (less bread, rice, pasta, tortillas, soda, junk food, fast food) and exercise 3-4 times a week (cardio).
