I have a friend who has been having really bad headaches for like 2 weeks, unresponsive to meds, low bp, low fever, docs don't know what's causing it?

Need further testing: If the headaches are that severe and she's having these other symptoms, she may need some imaging like an MRI and a lumbar puncture to rule out more serious causes of headaches like this such as meningitis, hydrocephalus, pseudotumor cerebri, or even a tumor.
