Hmm...: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, and.... You might know this. Cold/hot/electric/tingling are often descriptions when an injured nerve is the cause of the pain. The top nerve coming out of the spine goes up the back of the head and can give that symptom in degenerative cervical spine disease. or,Migraine, other degenerative spine..etc.
