Rainy Day Feelin?: The sensation of cold and wetness where really there is none can be produced by a nerve or nerve root which is not functioning properly for some reason. See your doctor or neurologist for an examination to look specifically at either your occipital nerve function or your cervical spinal nerve roots. Drowsy all day may have a metabolic cause. Again, you will need some tests and an examination. GL.
