Can your pulse be higher in a few hours after eating a heavy meal , or what elsese can cause this had ecg 2 months ago ok and stress test was good also low bp ?

Digestion: When you eat, blood is diverted to your GI tract to help with digestion. This can temporarily lower blood pressure and speed heart rate. It usually is not a problem. If you feel dizzy, weak, pass out or have trouble breathing, see a doctor. Good luck!

Yes: After eating a heavy meal, your body will release a larger amount of hormones that aid in digestion. Increased insulin levels can also contribute to an increased pulse after a large meal, as can a large meal high in fats.
