Unknown: Is this regular "teething pain" or is the tooth partially impacted and starting to become infected? The way to find out is to go to your dentist and have them take a panoramic radiograph (x-ray). This will help them determine if this is normal teething a pain, a minor problem that can wait, or a bigger problem that should be addressed before your trip.
