Hair removal: If waxing is causing bleeding, it is being performed incorrectly with wax that is not the correct temperature. Waxing should not be tearing off the skin. Waxing can decrease the amount of hair growth over time, but not immediately. If you get an infection and the skin is scarred, sometimes the hair will not grow back in the scarred areas.
