That's a fairly common problem. The hair follicles get irritated and/or clogged. In your case the hair powers through but often they get stuck and become "ingrown," wandering around under the skin in that area causing a lot of havoc. Some might even get infected.So you may have to let this all settle down.Let the hair grow, then consult someone to figure out how to remove the hair effectively.
