Urinary incontinence: This means that you lose urine without meaning to or an inability to control urination. You should see a urologist and be re-examined. You may have a urethritis and this may be sexually acquired. Go and get evaluated and good luck.

Incontinence = wet: Wetting before U can get to the bathroom is urge incontinence. Urgency by itself does not = incontinence. Urgency continuing after a UTI is not uncommon. However, should not persist beyond a few days. Your Dr. could prescribe some bladder "relaxation" medication if symptom persists.

Depends: Sometimes a UTI will cause urgency issues. Not all testing is 100%. Chronic bladder infections don't always test positive. I would recommend follow up with a urologist for further evaluation
