How bad?: First donating blood did not cause diarrhea. I admire you for donating blood. If you are having only 2-3 loose motions a day, you try taking an over the counter medication like Pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) or immodium. If that does not help in a couple of days, please consult your doctor.
