See your doctor: Blood in the stool is not normal, and can have several possible causes, including an infection you may have picked up on the trip. Your doctor can sort this out.

Travelers diarrhea: You should see your doctor. They may choose to treat you for likely causes of diarrhea given your recent travel history, or they may want to do do some lab work, including stool tests. Bacterial infections and parasites are both suspicions of mine in your case. Should be easy enough to treat.
