After 1st chemo tlc and platelet went upto 200 and 11000 respectively but afte 1 mth it recovers .. now it again goes to 4200 & 70000 does tumor start?

Question?: I'm not sure what question is. In general all counts -- Hgb, Plt, WBC go down after chemo and return to normal or near-normal before next cycle. Many variables -- especially type of cancer, type of chemotherapy. Talk to your oncologist.
