A member asked:

What is the dose of folic acid to take pre-ovulation period? are there specific supplements to boost fertility? thanks.

400 mcg: Any women trying or at risk for pregnancy should be taking a vitamin with at least 400 mcg of Folic acid to reduce the risk of birth defects. Any OTC prenatal or women's vitamin should have that. There are no supplements to boost fertility, despite what you see advertised.
