Perhaps: With a 50 cycle you may be ovulating but very late. While fertility drugs such as Clomid (clomiphene) are the most effective treatment, lifestyle changes such as exercise and a low carb diet may be helpful if you have a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome. Pcos is the most common cause for irregular cycles.

Need an evaluation: It is not normal to have cycles every 50 days please get evaluated to find the cause. There are some medical problems that are easily fixed that may make you ovulate on your own once treated--for example an elevated prolactin, thyroid problems.
