Episodes of extreme cold/chills, no fever. i cover & fall asleep wake up sweating. nauseated, fatigued. no diarrhea/vomiting, no other symptoms. er?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. It does not warrant going to an ER, see your primary care doctor.

Need more info: It does not seem as if this is an emergency and that you could be seen Monday by a PCP, but this depends upon a variety of factors. What other symptoms you may have, what you have been exposed to, and so on and so on. If, however, you are in any doubt, better to be safe than sorry.
