2 separate problems: These 2 problems should be addressed separately. 1. Mouth ulcer also called canker sores are the most common oral lesions. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks and no treatment is needed. 2. Heartburn could be serious GI problem and should be addressed by primary care physician. Good luck.

Magic bullet: You are trying to treat 2 different symptoms with the same medications. Mouth ulcers often caused by virus. Heartburn often caused by GERD. Please see BOTH your General Dentist or an Oral Medicine Specialist, and also see your General Physician or a Specialist Gastroenterologist. You need to be examined, Medical/Dental histories evaluated, Medications balanced, possibly need lab tests and imaging.
