Here are some ...: I assumed he has been confirmed: no varicocele, normal hormone profile, in good health, no ? for infection in semen, and as well, your wife has been checked out to be ok in period and have patent Fallopian tubes. If so, try using Clomid (clomiphene) for 6 months under a close monitoring hormonal levels and semen analysis in 3-6 months before considering IUI, IVF, adoption, etc. Detail? Ask Doc timely.
