Swollen bum: You might have bled quite a bit into the underlying tissues. And a fracture is a possibility. A plain xray and a manual exam are indicated. Meantime, avoid aspirinm ibuprofen etc. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is ok. Ice packs might help.
