See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, there does not appear to be any cause for concern about your blood test results. Why were the tests done? Your B12 levels are high, which is not dangerous in itself but can be a sign of liver injury.
