A member asked:

I seem to have somehow half lost my voice (atleast my higher range) i do smoke alot of weed daily but stoped so i can recover when should i be normal?

See your doc: The hoarseness can be due to irritation of the vocal cords, drainage, acid washing up from your stomach into your throat, or nodules on your vocal cords. If you have stopped smoking for a few days and are not any better, I would talk to a doc. Marijuana smoke poses many of the same threats as cigarette smoke.
