Nasal Voice: Usually a "nasally" voice means a stuffy nose. This may happen for many reasons, but each leads to upper airway blockage during sleep. This contributes to snoring, the audible issue of a collapsing airway during sleep. Go see my website for a discussion of snoring: http://www.Twinlakesent.Com/snoring.Html.

Nasal airway small?: You may have a blockage in your nasal airway that makes your voice sound the way it does. If you can't breathe easily through your nose, the air has to rush in fast, vibrating the tissues it is hitting, causing noisy breathing and snoring. See an ENT physician.
