Emotional: There is a host of medical illness of a mental nature that you are describing. I would discuss this with your parents and how badly this bothers you. Its possible that a simple medication could control some of your problems. It may also be simply an issue of esteem or assertiveness then simple counseling would be of help but don't sit there see professional help and become your best self

Consider evaluation: Do you feel like it's another person all together taking over your body? Do you ever experience periods of not being able to remember parts of your day in association with this? If this is happening frequently, I might suggest you be evaluated by a psychiatrist who is qualified to possibly diagnose you. These could be features of dissociative identity disorder- something to think about.
