I've had sex w/ my partner 3 weeks after giving birth to our first baby i've had these white sticky stretchy circle form discharge what this mean?

Maybe nothing?: This could be just a normal discharge with hormone changes after pregnancy. As long as you have no pain or bleeding, it is probably not an infection, and you are probably ok. We do usually recommend waiting about 4-6 weeks after giving birth to start having sex, just to allow everything to heal. Remember to use birth control, as you can get pregnant. Good luck!
