I got shingles and left a nasty clump of i'm not sure what it is. i need to remove it. how can i do it? will laser work?

Need for examination: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Do not be in a hurry to have it, whatever it is, removed as it may resolve on its own. If three months after the start of shingles the "clump" is still there, please consult a doctor before engaging in self-treatment.
