Concussion : If you didn't hit your head then you didn't suffer a concussion. A concussion will leave a person with headaches that worsen with exertion. There is often nausea, dizziness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and poor memory for learning new information. Rest is prescribed until the headaches resolve.
