My beta hcg level was 30 at 12 days past ovulation. on day 14 dpo it was 83. they gynie put me on progesterone. is my levels too low?

Progesterone: That was an appropriate increase in hcg. However, I don't give Progesterone based on hcg levels, I give it based on the Progesterone level. Some docs use Progesterone alot and of course its a waste of time to use it if the level was dropping.
