Nothing horrible: In all likelihood the surgeon will excise this lesion and suture it closed. In that case there is not much to do , supportive care, taking analgesics probably nonnarcotic. If it cannot b closed a small flap of skin and fat from other area can be done again no beg recovery Glld luck
