Need close follow up: Depending on what caused the LVH. In people with long standing uncontrolled high blood pressure is a common finding on Echocardiogram, but can be controlled from getting worse with better blood pressure control. If the LVH is in a young person , frequently can be part of a heart abnormality that will need close monitoring, medications o maybe surgery.
