I have mild lvh 1.3 wall thickness is it possible for it to regress or stay where it's at?also is it possible for it to keep growing and no regression

Need close follow up: Depending on what caused the LVH. In people with long standing uncontrolled high blood pressure is a common finding on Echocardiogram, but can be controlled from getting worse with better blood pressure control. If the LVH is in a young person , frequently can be part of a heart abnormality that will need close monitoring, medications o maybe surgery.
