Diarrhea : Usually Infectious diarrhea less than five days doesn't need work up. You didn't mention for how many times or days are you having this diarrhea. Low grade fever is also not alarmingly. If excessively diarrhea increase oral hydration. Make up for losses of water and electrolytes. If continue greater than five days seek medical attention.
