Consider: Considering adding fiber to you diet in the form of green veggies and whole grains. Be careful though, your recent illness may have irritated your gastrointestinal tract and too much fiber may cause bloating and gas. Remember to keep hydrated and active too as this helps stimulate your bowels to move! You might even consider adding a probiotic too. Best of luck.
