My 2 year old gets bruises down her spine here and there is this something to worry about??

Observation: 2 yr old with "bruises down spine". It is common to see minor bruises in this age group especially in areas that receive trauma related to play such as the extremities and even over the spine. Areas that are not exposed to trauma with normal play, e.g. neck, abdomen, chest, etc. can suggest abuse or blood disorders. See your doctor if bruises do not resolve or you notice excessive wound bleeding.
