If no pain, unlikely: Hi, Usually with kidney stones the blood in the urine is microscopic,(not seen with the naked eye). Most kidney stones cause significant side/back pain with nausea and vomiting. However, any blood in the urine needs to be evaluated, I suggest you make an appointment with your doctor.
