Fight or flight: It actually makes survival sense. Think about it. A threatened animal automatically prepares to run away or do combat. Both are done better w/ an empty bladder, right? Our anxiety is very like the animal's response and too is driven by hormonal/chemical releases. It's adaptive if needed. Problems come when it's chronic. CBT can teach skills to avoid, reduce and manage chronic anxiety. Best wishes.

That's normal: Some insight from Chinese medicine: Each major organ has an associated emotional state. Both the kidneys and bladder are associated with the emotion of fear. Some people have an instability in one or another organ. This usually makes them more reactive than the general public to such emotional states, and fot you this is expressed as urinary discharge. Acupuncture might help you manage emotions
