I get a lot of sediment in my urine, pain and sometimes bleeding apx 1x a week then it clears again. why? urinalysis, culture were normal when clear.

Blood in urine: Despite the normal urinalysis, the presence of visible blood in the urine warrants a thorough evaluation of your urinary tract. You could easily be passing a stone but a more serious problem needs to be excluded. See a urogist!
