Inflammation: These are indicators of inflammation. If you have frequent problem with staph infections, you need to consult an allergist/immunologist to assess your immune function.

Possibly RA: This CRP measures inflammation and can be elevated if there has been a recent infection or even surgery. You didn't mention when the abortion was. If it was in the past 1-2,weeks that might cause the CRP to go up. If the CCP is significantly (+) it is finding seen in Rheumatoid Arthritis. It can turn (+) even before onset of arthritis. If you start having joint pain you should see your MD.
