Depends on size: If someone weighs 100 lbs they might be able to lose 4 lbs with a week of strict dieting. If 200 lbs this is less likely & if one did lose 8 lbs probably 2-4 would be by losing fluids, not solid weight.At 300 lbs it's probably not possible. But weight loss from an extreme diet for 1 week is likely temporary. The best way to lose weight is sustainable long-term diet & exercise losing 2 lbs a month.
