Stomach infection?: Did you have confirmed H. Pylori infections or a form of colitis? Probiotics may help restore good bacteria. If diarrhea, rule out pseudo membranous colitis since on several antibiotics. Vomiting warrants follow-up and further investigation with GI physician.

Talk to your doc: Nausea and vomiting can occur for many reasons, from a gastrointestinal bug to complications from surgery. Unfortunately, "stomach infection" isn't specific enough for me to help you. Was it what doctors call gastroenteritis (sometimes called the "stomach flu"). Or, more like an infection after surgery? Or something else? The doctor that originally gave you the antibiotics would be most helpful.
