Low Carb Diet: Some people have a strong genetic propensity to belly- area fat, PCOS, Diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol. These people respond best to a low carbohydrate type diet. The easiest way to do this on your own is to go to the Atkins Web site, but I think it's best to work with a doctor. The PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is improved with weight loss, and is worsened with obesity.
