Yes: There should be no complications to having a repeat ultrasound 20 days later, but why? Has this been recommended by your physician? Unless it has been a recommendation by your doctor, there is probably no reason to have a repeat ultrasound so soon. Most repeat ultrasounds are usually meant to monitor something...and most things don't change that quickly. Best wishes.
