Chest Pain: With history of previous PE it is important to get prompt care if you find any similarities with your last experience. This is the season when people travel, are more sedentary than usual and the chance of increased cardiovascular problems increase. If you have the time go get check by an MD. ER: Go to ER ASAP. With a prior history of PE and current symptoms you need immediate evaluation, even if you are currently on warfarin (unclear from your description). Cases of warfarin failure have been reported.
