UN, WHO: Many international organizations prepare for natural disasters and provide relief if possible. This includes a number of un agencies, international red cross, medicins sans frontieres, and a number of other agencies. Many charitable agencies spring up in the wake of natural disasters including religious related ones and citizen generated ones.
