had anorexia ages 17-24. had a-cup breasts until mid 30's. now 41 with c-cup. same weight for 15 years. delayed puberty completion? don't understand..

Possible: Late development is possible, and with the history of anorexia, which can affect your hormone levels at the time, which now have normalized, your breasts appear to have matured. Hope this helps.
